Abstract
The quality of financial reports is the end result of the process of accounting activities that are able to provide financial information that can be understood by users and can be used for decision making in the future. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine And Understand The Effect Of Human Resources Competence, Internal Control System, Applying Government Accounting Standards, And Utilization Of Information Technology On The Quality Of Financial Reports. This study used a sample of two staff working in skpd surabaya using Partial Least Square (PLS) and purposive sampling. The Results Showed That Human Resources Competence, Internal Control System, Application Of Government Accounting Standards, And Utilization Of Information Technology Affect The Quality Of Financial Reports.
