Abstract
Companies need to analyze what variables will affect the company's financial performance, so that the company's financial performance still produces good results. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, leverage, and liquidity on the Company's Financial Performance in IDX30. The sample in this study was 6 companies that consecutively entered the index of 30 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2020 period. The sampling techniques in this study are purposive sampling methods and analytical techniques using multiple linear regressions. The result of this study indicate that simultaneosly corporate social responsibility, leverage, and liquidity disclosures have a significant effect on Company's Financial Performance. Partial test results showed that leverage had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, while corporate social responsibility, and liquidity had no significant effect on financial performance. The research implication is that investors should pay attention on leverage to invest in IDX30.
