Abstract
This study aims to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of job crafting on job performance at PT. Tirta investama city of Surabaya. The sample consists of 72 respondents in the distribution section and has the characteristics of being vulnerable aged 17-60 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only the mandays are taken. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a questionnaire in hardcopy form. The results of this study indicate that partially which shows that job crafting has a positive effect on job performance, job crafting is positively not significant on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on job performance and mediation of job satisfaction on the effect of job crafting is not positively significant on job performance. job performance.
