Abstract

Managerial performance is the achievement of income and net income that the company gets from a group of people (Mahoney, 1963) as a result of an efficient and effective managerial activity process seen from the planning, implementation, reporting, accountability, coaching, and monitoring processes. This study aims to determine the effect of the truth of independent variables such as participation in budgeting, performance measurement systems, environmental uncertainty whether it has a significant or insignificant effect on the dependent variable, namely managerial performance at PT PLN UP3 South Surabaya. The population in this study were all managers of PT PLN UP3 South Surabaya. The sample in this study were 36 people in the finance department of PT. PLN South Surabaya. The analysis data uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis technique uses a purposive sampling technique using the Smart-PLS 3.0 software. This study concludes that budgetary participation has a positive effect on managerial performance, Performance Measurement System has a negative effect on managerial performance. Environmental uncertainty does not negatively affect managerial performance.
