Abstract

This research has a quantitative method to observe the effect of variabel such as Reliability, Responsiveness, User Friendliness, Privacy and Security on the dependent variable, namely Electronic Banking Satisfaction of BRImo’s Customers at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Surabaya During the Pandemic of Covid-19. This research used a survey approach where the data came from questionnaires distributed by purposive sampling method. The sample used was 100 respondents within customers of BRI Bank who managed their banking activities during pandemic of Covid-19. Technique carried out in this study was multiple linear regression technique with the SPSS program. The results showed that the reliability variable partially had no significant effect on Electronic Banking Satisfaction. Meanwhile, other variables, those were Responsiveness, User Friendliness, and Privacy and Security, partially have significant effect on Electronic Banking Satisfaction. Simultaneously, the independent variables in this study, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, User Friendliness, and Privacy and Security contributed 74.9% to value changes of the Electronic Banking Satisfaction variable for BRImo customers in Surabaya.
