Abstract

The purpose of this research is to detect the effect of the managerial ownership, institusional ownership, slack resources and feminism of the board of directors on corporate social responsibility. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2020. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained 74 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 24 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, heterkedacity test, multiclinearity, autocorrelation, f test, R2 test, t test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study state that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Slack resources have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility. The feminism of the board of directors has a negative effect on corporate social responsibility.
