Abstract
A company generally has a goal, namely to earn profit. liquidity ratio is a ratio that measures the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. The activity ratio is useful for measuring how much efficiency the company uses of assets. The solvency ratio is the ratio used to measure the extent to which the company's assets are financed by debt. This means how much debt burden is borne by the company compared to its assets. The reason the researcher chooses consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as research objects is because consumer goods companies are large-scale companies when compared to other companies. This is because most consumer goods products are still needed, so there is very little chance of loss. In this study, manufacturing companies in the consumer good sector (consumer goods) are used on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the variables of Liquidity (CR), activity (TATO), and solvency (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth in consumer goods. Liquidity (CR) and Solvency (DER) partially have a significant negative effect on profit growth in consumer goods companies and Activity (TATO) partially has no significant effect on profit growth in consumer goods companies. Keyword : Liquidity, Activity, Solvency, and Profit Growth.
