Abstract
This researchexplores the impact of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty to Honda Motor Sport consumer in Surabaya. The purposed of this study is to find out the loyalty of consumer Honda Motor Sport in Surabaya. This study used respondents of these having and using Honda Motor Sport that were taken using judgement sampling method. This causal research used 120 ( one hundred twenty) respondents to get the primary data gathered using a questionnaire employing scale of likert scale. The result showed that service quality and customer satisfaction both individually and simultaneously influenced the loyalty of Honda Motor Sport users. The loyalty of Honda consumer is very strong effect that it can increase the value of the product. Honda should use variable and perform the different strategy so that their products especially Motor Sport class cold be more desirable in the market and can fight with the competitors.
