Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of investment decision, funding decision, dividend policy and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value of mining sector. The population of this study is mining sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample that used in this study consisted of 16 mining companies with an observation period of 4 years in a row from 2016 to 2020 so that the total observation was 64. This research uses a purposive sampling method. Data analysis of this study used SPSS 25 with the classic assumption analysis of normality test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment decision and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, funding decision and Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure has a negative effect and not significant on firm value.
