Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of Education and Training, Career Development, and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Pertamina Lubricants Production Unit Gresik. The sample consists of 145 respondents in the Mandays using the Slovin and has the characteristics of being vulnerable aged 21-50 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only the Mandays taken. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy. The results of this study indicate that partially which shows a positive influence which shows that Education and Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
