Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-wom, brand image and product quality on repurchase intention of Samsung Galaxy S series smartphone products in 2022. This type of research is qualitative research with the type of primary data source. The population in this study were students, self-employed and private in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study were 110 people. The results of this study indicate that an increase in e-WOM, an increase in brand image and an increase in product quality have a significant positive effect on repurchase intention on the Samsung Galaxy S series smartphone. Keywords: e-WOM, Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase Intention
