Abstract
Firm value describes the state of a company, where potential investors provide an assessment by looking at the good or bad financial performance of the company. The purpose of this research is to test the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and company size on the value of property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Sampling techniques by this research is purposive sampling with 8 companies as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research showed that partially investment decisions and dividend policy have a positive significant effect on firm value, while funding decisions and firm size have an insignificant negative effect on firm value. Simultaneously investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy and firm size have a significant effect on firm value.
