Abstract

The value of the company is a crucial factor for investors, because it shows prosperity for shareholders, so that the value of the company can describe the welfare situation in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so that the sample that meets the criteria is 14 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially liquidity had no significant effect on firm value, investment decisions had no significant effect on firm value, funding decisions had a significant effect on firm value, and profitability had a significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2020.
