Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine factors that affect corporate social responcibility disclosure at the manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The factors used in this research is the size of the company, the size of the Board of Commissioners, managerial ownership, firm age, profitability, leverage, and company profile. Population in this research is companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2008 – 2011. Sample selection method using a purposive sampling so obtained a sample of 120 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression. The results of this research there are two variables that influence CSR disclosure, there are Board of Commissioners and company profile. Whereas other variables i.e. size, age of firm, managerial ownership, firm profitability, leverage and has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure Keywords: Corporate social responsibility, board of commissioners, managerial ownership
