Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of slack resources, profitability, and company size on disclosure of corporate social responsibility in mining and agricultural companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2020. The population in this study are mining and agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample based on certain criteria or considerations. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are slack resources have a positive effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while profitability and company size have a negative effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.
