Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, firm size, dividend policy, liquidity, and profitability on firm value in property and real estate sector companies. The sample selection of this study was 236 in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2015-2019 period using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that capital structure and profitability have an effect on firm value. Meanwhile, firm size, dividend policy, and liquidity have no significant effect on firm value.
