Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt to Equity ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt Ratio (DR), and Earning Per Share (EPS) to the firm value. This research use quantitative research. This study use secondary data from company financial statements. The determination of sample using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, the clasical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The population of this study is LQ 45 companie listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014 period. The results of this study explained that Debt to Equity ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt Ratio (DR) effect on the Firm Value, but Earning Per Share (EPS) no effect on the Firm Value.
