Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of dividend policy, profitability, leverage and disclosure of enterprise risk management on the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. By using purposive sampling method in sampling, so that the sample used for research is as many as 13 bank companies. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using thetest tool Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V.24). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the profitability and disclosure of enterprise risk management (ERM) have a significant and positive effect on the value of banking firms, while dividend policy has no significant and positive effect on the value of banking firms and leverage has no significant and negative effect on the value of banking firms.
