Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism, leadership style, independence and the role of supervision on the performance of internal auditors. This research was conducted on internal auditors who work at the Siak Regency Inspectorate Office. This study uses primary data, the data taken directly by the researcher using a questionnaire distributed to 45 auditors but only 41 respondents who can proceed to the analysis stage. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses analytical techniques using the SMART-PLS application. The results of this study indicate that professionalism and leadership style have no effect on auditor performance, on the contrary, independent variables and supervision have an effect on auditor performance.
