Abstract
The main factor for the progress of a nation, one of which is seen from the education system, to get superior quality it is necessary to have a good education system. The success of education in Indonesia will determine the quality of life of Indonesian people in the future. At the beginning of January 2020, there was a catastrophic corona virus outbreak that originated in China, then the virus outbreak spread to other countries so that it began to become the hottest topic discussed by the world. Indonesia itself, through the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, together with the Minister of Health, Terawan Agus Putranto, on Monday, March 2, 2020, announced that Covid-19 had begun to spread to Indonesia, so that Indonesia must be ready to face, prevent, fight and break the chain of spreading the Covid-19 virus. the. The government has made various efforts and policies, one of which is to work from home or work from home (WFH) or study from home so that all educational activities are shifted to online-based education. This study aims to analyze the influence of parents' motivation, learning facilities, and economics on academic performance. The population in this study were accounting students at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University class 2017, 2018, and 2019 during the pandemic period as many as 132 students. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique as many as 98 students. The data was collected using a questionnaire and then the data was processed and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study state that: motivation affects student academic performance, learning facilities do not affect student academic performance, and the economy of parents does not affect academic performance of accounting students at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University.
