Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine, explain and analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and activity on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses liquidity, leverage, sales growth and activity as independent variables on financial distress as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 32 companies, the time period used was 2015-2019. The data analysis method in this research is logitic regression analysis using IBM SPSS 24 software. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that leverage and activity affect financial distress, while liquidity and sales growth have no effect on financial distress
