Abstract
Abstract : every company is competing to achieve its goal so that investors can invest in their company. The survival of the company is influenced by many things, one of which is the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and firm size on firm value in automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses 12 samples of automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS statistic program. The results of this study indicate that profitability, solvency, liquidity and firm size simultaneously affect firm value. Profitability partially has a significant positive effect on firm value, while solvency, liquidity, and firm size partially have no effect on firm value.
