Abstract
This research was conducted at the East Java Regional Development Bank, Mojokerto Branch (“Bank Jatim”). The purpose of this study was to determine how the procedure for granting multipurpose credit at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur. The research method use descriptive data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research, multipurpose loans at Bank Jatim are intended for civil servants (PNS), members of the TNI/Polri, Legislative Members, Private Company Employees, Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS), retirees, village officials whose salaries are paid through the bank concerned. For multipurpose credit applications, there are several conditions that must be met by prospective customers. The application for multipurpose loans at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur is carried out in accordance with the applicable SOP, where there are several requirements that must be met in the multipurpose credit application process. The results of research at the Regional Development Bank of East Java, the procedure for granting credit is the same as the quotations put forward by the opinions of experts. The procedure for granting multipurpose credit at the East Java Regional Development Bank has been carried out effectively and efficiently.
