Abstract

Firm value is an investor's perception of the level of success of the company which often follows the stock price, the value of the company can describe the actual state of the company. Therefore, this study aims to examine whether there is an effect of managerial ownership, audit quality, firm size and leverage on firm value. The sample in this study is the consumer goods industrial sector companies manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population in this study were 87 samples using the Saturated Sample method and observations over a period of 5 years. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that firm size had a significant effect on firm value while managerial ownership, audit quality and leverage had no significant effect on firm value.
