Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine 1) The Effect of Profitability on Internet Financial Reporting, 2) The Effect of Liquidity on Internet Financial Reporting, 3) The Effect of Leverage on Internet Financial Reporting, 4) The Effect of Stock Ownership on Internet Financial Reporting. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is 135 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2020. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis, with descriptive test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, F test, regression coefficient test (R2), and t test to determine the relationship between variables. By using the statistical tool SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has a significant effect on Internet Financial Reporting, while the variables of liquidity, leverage and share ownership have no significant effect on Internet Financial Reporting.
