Abstract
Banks have a major role in financing to increase business growth and development, one of which is disbursing credit for individuals and business entities. The key to success and failure of a bank is in the ability to manage credit. Good credit disbursement procedures will affect credit quality, where sound and correct credit distribution procedures are an effort to minimize all risks that occur. To obtain the results in this final project is to use descriptive analysis with the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method used is the method of interview, observation, documentation and literature study. This research will discuss the definition and criteria of microcredit, analysis and guarantee of microcredit, procedures for distributing microcredit, as well as obstacles and efforts in microcredit. The results showed that the procedure for distributing micro credit at The East Java Regional Development Bank,Ltd Mojokerto Branch Office has been implemented properly in accordance with applicable operational provisions. Starting from prospective debtors who come to apply for micro credit by attaching requirements, which then go through a credit analysis process to the credit decision stage and credit realization.
