Abstract
BSI Griya Hasanah is financing for the purchase of residential houses, shop houses, office houses, residential flats with new and used conditions as well as financing for the purchase of ready-to-build lots with Murabaha contracts. The purpose of this study was (1) to find out how the requirements for applying for BSI Griya Hasanah financing at BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo Gajah Mada, (2) to find out how the procedure for providing BSI Griya Hasanah financing at BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo Gajah Mada, (3) to find out the obstacles what is in the provision of BSI Griya Hasanah financing at the BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo Gajah Mada, (4) to find out how to resolve the obstacles to the provision of BSI Griya Hasanah financing at the BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo Gajah Mada. Methods of collecting data obtained by using the method of documents, interviews, and literature study. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the results of research at Bank BRI KCP Sidoarjo Gajah Mada, it is known that (1) the requirements for applying for financing are quite easy, (2) the procedure for financing BSI Griya hasanah is in accordance with theory, but in practice the procedures used are more coherent, (3) in the provision of financing there are some of the obstacles that occurred one of them were incomplete customer files and a decrease in the ceiling, (4) in overcoming the existing obstacles Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo Gajah Mada made several efforts to reduce risk.
