Abstract
This purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty at McDonald's in Sidoarjo. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The number of respondents in this study was 130 people with the criteria of having visited McDonald's in Sidoarjo at least 3 times in 1 year, aged at least 19 years to 55 years. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the Statistics Products and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of the analysis in this study explain that Service Quality has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty, Product Quality has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, Price has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price together have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty.
