Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, profitability and growth opportunity on capital structure. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the periode 2016-2019, while the sample of study was 233 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSStest tool. Statistics 25. The results showed that company size has an effect on capital structure, profitability has an effect on capital structure, while growth opportunity has no effect on capital structure
