Abstract
The population growth in Indonesia has experienced rapid progress, resulting in more and more adequate infrastructure and property sector developments as a counterweight to the developments of this era. One of the factors needed in this development, one of which is having an adequate house. With increasing years, the price of a house is getting more expensive, especially with the high installments that make it difficult for many people to own a house. The purpose of this research is to analyze a sharia-based housing that hopes to solve this problem. In an Islamic economy that uses a margin system, a fixed amount of installment payments and no penalties are given. This can be an interesting thing and should be used as an example in doing business, apart from avoiding the sin of usury doing business using the concept of sharia, hoping to get more benefit, especially since the majority of the population in Indonesia is Muslim. This research shows that Bumi Sejahterah Juanda Sidoarjo housing has used the concept of sharia according to the existing DSN-MUI in Indonesia.
