Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of food service attributes that’s it food quality, service quality, atmosphere and price on customer satisfaction in fast food restaurant X. The research data used are primary data using a goggle form distributed to customer fastfood restaurant X at Surabaya. The number of samples used was 125 person. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that food quality, atmosphere and price have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in fastfood restaurant X Surabaya, while service quality do not have signifikan effect on customer satisfaction in fastfood restaurant X Surabaya
