Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, managerial ownership, and company size on firm value for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially capital structure has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, and firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value.
