Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of customer participation, customer brand engagement and customer involvement on Oriflame Facebook in the East Java region of Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling (judgement sampling). Data collection techniques used a questionnaire by distributing 96 in the East Java Region of Indonesia area. The independent variable is customer participation, the variable depends on the customer involvement, the customer engagement Moderator variable. The results of this study are customer participation has a significant effect on customer engagement and customer involvement has a significant effect on customer engagement and customer brand engagement. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modelling. Key words : Customer Participation, Customer Involvement, Customer Brand Engagement.
