Abstract
This study examines te effect of managerial ownership, independent commissioners, size, and profitability on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The method used in this research is purposive sampling and the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (MRA). The result of this analysis test show that managerial ownership has no significant positive effect, independent commissioners, size, and profitability have a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The implication of this research is that it can bring benefits to researchers, investors, and companies.
