Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR) and capital structure (DER) on the value of companies (PBV) on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The samples in this study were 119 companies. The analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regressions. The results of this study showed that profitability (ROE) and capital structure (DER) have a significant positive effect on the value of the company (PBV), while liquidity (CR) has a significant negative effect on the value of the company (PBV)
