Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial experience and knowledge on the millennial generation on planning behavior with income moderation. The sample of this research is 104 generations of respondents aged 20 - 39 years who live in Surabaya, Gresik and Sidoarjo with a minimum stage of Rp. 4,000,000. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that financial experience and knowledge had a significant positive effect on investment planning behavior, while income had a negative effect on investment planning behavior. In addition, income also does not moderate the effect of knowledge on investment planning behavior.
