Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect of internal and external quality of products and towards financial performance in manufacturin g companies holding (Indonesian National Standard) products in city of Industries (Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik). Based on these objectives, methods of data collection in this study is use a Complete Enumeration method to choose all elements of the population into the sample holder of SNI products manufacturing company. The data about internal quality of products, external quality of products and financial performance is obtained through a questionnaire on the quality managers, accounting managers, marketing managers and production managers of manufacturing companies holder of SNI In Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik City. The totals of managers is 33 in 11 companies. The results showed that the internal quality of products do effect to the financial performance and external quality of products do not affect the financial performance. Keyword : Internal Quality Products, External Quality Products and Financial Performance.
