Abstract
The research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, institutional ownership, firm size, and asset growth on the firm value which occured by price book value, using a data consisting of 19 miscellaneous industry as sample. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique hypothesis test uses multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is indicate that the profitability and asset growth positively affect the firm value. While the institutional ownership negatively effect the frim value and firm size did not significantly affect the firm value.
