Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine 1) The Effect of Motivation on Outsourcing Employee Perfomance; 2) The Effect of Work Discipline on Outsourcing Employee Performance; 3) The Effevt of Financial Compensation on Outsourcing Employee Performance; and 4) Effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Financial Compensation together on Outsourcing Employee Performance. Respondents taken in this study were outsourcing employees of PT Petrokimia Gresik, Finance and Accounting, Production and Maintenance Department. The sample method used in this study used the Slovin formula and obtained 58 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 137 copies and 43 copies could be returned and processed. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on outsourcing employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on outsourcing employee performance, financial compensation does not have a significant effect on outsourcing employee performance and motivation, work discipline and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect together. the same on the performance of the outsourced employees.
