Abstract
The Objective of the research is to examine the effect of macroeconomic indicator including inflation, interest rate and exchange rate on composite index of LQ 45 and the Strait Times Index. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and linear regression. The result showed that inflastion indonesia have positif effect on LQ 45 index, but inflation singapore have negative insignificant effect on Strait Times Index. Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate (JIBOR) have negative effect on LQ-45 and Singapore Interbank Offered Rate (SIBOR) have negative effect on Strait Times Index. The exchange rate on Rupiah / U$D have negative effect on LQ-45 and the exchange rate on U$D / U$D have negative effect on Strait Times Index. Keywords : Inflation, Interest rate, Exchange Rate, and Composite Index.
