Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Price Perception, Value Perception and Service Quality on Purchase Intention of Xiaomi Redmi Note Smartphones at Xiaomi Surabaya Outlets. Researchers are looking for respondents who have never bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note Smartphone product or who have come to the Surabaya Xiaomi Smartphone Outlet. In addition, researchers will also distribute questionnaires directly to respondents who fit the research criteria. The data analysis technique used is SPSS 23.0 Windows. The results of the study show that Price Perception significantly influences the Purchase Intention of Xiaomi Redmi Note Smartphones at Xiaomi Surabaya Outlets. Perception of Value significantly influence the intention to purchase Xiaomi Redmi Note Smartphone at Xiaomi Surabaya Outlet. The quality of service significantly influences the intention to purchase Xiaomi Redmi Note Smartphone at Xiaomi Surabaya Outlet.
