Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the effect of perceived ease of use, social influences on usege behavior using religiosity moderation on mobile banking of syariah BRI in east java. This research methodology uses one hundred twenty five (125) respondents collected through questionnaires in the east java. Respondents’ responses were analyzed using descriptive analysis through SPSS 16.0 and statistical analysis through SmartPLS 3. The sampling technique that researchers used was purposive sampling. The analysis shows that the perceived ease of use score has a positive effect on behavioral intention and social influences has a positive effect on behavioral intention. The role of moderating religiosity has a negative effect between behavioral intention on usage behavior. The practial implications of this research are for BRI Syariah Bank to develop its strategy in the future, especially as an evaluation of bank performance so far in the national Islamic banking competition, and can provide important information to bankis to be able to increase perceived ease of use that have an impact on behavioral intention and sosial influences by moderating religiosity to increase the use of mobile banking.
