Abstract
The purposes of the study are to find out the effect of anonymous reporting channel, anticipatory socialization, and giving reward on the intention to do whistleblowing. The population of this research is employees, both those working in the public and private sectors with data obtained as many as 124 respondents willing to participate in filling out surveys conducted online in this study by using the Convenience Sampling technique. Of the 124 questionnaires filled out, there were 7 respondents who did not complete the questionnaire so that there were 117 questionnaires that could be processed. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that anticipatory socialization had a positive influence on the intention to do whistleblowing. anonymous reporting channels and giving rewards do not have an influence on the intention to do whistleblowing.
