Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, company size and company growth on firm value on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2015 – 2019. Determination samples using purposive sampling technique through certain criteria in order to obtain a sample of 35 companies of observation. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 programs. The results of the model feasibility test (Test F) show that the independent variables of capital structure, profitability, company size and company growth simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Partial test results (t test) indicate that the variable capital structure has a significant negative effect and profitability variable, and company growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while firm size has no effect on firm value.
