Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of shop atmosphere, dimensions of brand experience and price on customer satisfaction, Kopi Janji Jiwa. This study uses primary data collected from respondents who are men and women who have consumed the product. Respondents were given an online questionnaire link on a google form to get data. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPLS statistical application. The results of this study explain that a) Store atmosphere does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, b) Sense experience has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, c) Affective Experience does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, d) Intellectual Experience has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, e) Behavioral Experience has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, f) Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
