Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, perceived ease of e-filing and timeliness of e-filing on taxpayer satisfaction. The subject of this research is individual taxpayers of e-filing users who work at PT. Penanggungan Eagle. With a purposive sampling research sampling method. The data technique used in this study was logistic regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this research explain that the variables of system quality, information quality and perceived convenience affect the satisfaction of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. Meanwhile, the variable timeliness does not affect the satisfaction of individual taxpayers in using e-filing.
