Abstract
This study seeks to examine empirical the uses interest of Internet Banking KlikBCA Surabaya based of benefit, accebility and security perspectives. Research is designed by survey and used questionnaires. Research involved 100 respondents of BCA customers in Surabaya that using internet banking KlikBCA service. The result of this study comprise of 4 variables that obtained by researcher and analyzed using Warp PLS 3.00 indicates that correlation among benefit and security have significant effect toward internet banking interest use.But difference in variables that are security and benefit, in accessibility variable show that the result is insignificance then user accessibility have insignificant effect toward internet banking interest uses, therefore customers still face difficulty using application internet banking application/facilities.
