Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size, leverage, public ownership, age of listing, and independent board of commissioners on internet financial reporting. The population used is non-manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. The sample used is 76 non-manufacturing companies by using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results showed that profitability, company size, leverage and public ownership have an effect on internet financial reporting, but liquidity, age of listing and independent board of commissioners have no effect on internet financial reporting.
