Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of information quality and source credibility on purchase intentions with consumer attitudes as mediators. The population in this study were respondents who had never made a purchase on the Tokopedia application. This type of research uses a survey, by distributing as many as 100 questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive test, hypothesis test and mediation effect test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Information Quality does not affect the Consumer Attitude variable 2) Source Credibility does not affect the Consumer Attitude variable 3) Consumer Attitude influences the Purchase Intention variable 4) Information Quality influences the Purchase Intention variable with Consumer Attitude as a variable mediator 5) Source Credibility influences the variable Purchase Intention with Consumer Attitude as a mediating variable.
