Abstract
Firm value is an indicator for investors before starting an investment. The aim of this research is to determine DER, ROE, SIZE Ln and GR simultaneously have an effect on firm value (PBV). The population is manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemicals in the glass and porcelain sector. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data from financial reports from the 2014-2018 period. Data were processed using SPSS with f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that DER, ROE, SIZE Ln and GR simultaneously have a significant effect on PBV. ROE and SIZE ln ratios have a significant positive effect on firm value, while DER and GR do not negatively affect firm value. Keywords: DER, ROE, SIZE Ln, and GR
